Happy Wednesday!
I ordered the class some books with the gift certificate we won from the Kid's Heart Challenge. They should be here on Friday. Together with the Book Fair this week, we should be swimming in good literature!! Be sure to read all of these great books and then write responses on them! Don't forget to let me know whenever you finish a book so that I can mark you down on the chart.
This week is the Harvest Lunch. Our time is 10:55 on Friday. There is no need to RSVP, but be sure to come early as there may be a line to buy the tickets. Parking is sure to be at a premium, so please consider carpooling.
Homework for tonight:
Reading: Read 25 minutes and have 1 response completed for Friday
No Spelling or Wordly Wise tonight. We will get the results from the spelling pretest tomorrow with graded papers.
Math: Unit 2 Test is on Friday. The study guides came home tonight. Please be sure that #1-12 have been completed this evening. We will go over them tomorrow in class.
