Happy Thursday!
Graded papers are going out today. Please look them over tonight. Also be sure to remember to sign in your child's agenda and gold sheet this evening. I started looking over agendas each afternoon to be sure that HW is recorded and that they have all of the assignments for the day written down. If I have any additional comments about the day, I will record that as well.

1 Spelling choice board assignment; if needed.
**(90% or higher on the spelling pretest allows them to opt out of the spelling HW and the test next Wed.)
Math WS
Read for 25 minutes
Friday is a STEM Day. We will be working on a great STEM project tomorrow! Ask your student what they will be doing!

We switched to our new math classes today. :)

My ELA class will have a pre-assessment for our new writing unit: Informational Writing. Please come to class knowing what you want to write about. If you wish to bring in a book or other information on your topic, you may.
My Math class has a WS on comparing decimals this evening.
**Always be practicing your multiplication facts. 5-10 min per night. :)

Oh! My! Goodness!!! I absolutely loved the kids with their crazy hair today! What a fun day!!
Yes, we also did a full day's work in a half day!
HW for this evening:
Last spelling choice board activity. The spelling test, if you need to take it is tomorrow, so be sure to study.
Also be sure to have your narrative piece ready for tomorrow. If you submitted it to me today, I will do my best to get the comments and edits back to you by 6 this evening. :)

Happy Fall Festival Friday!!
I wish I was able to attend this afternoon, but I am positive that you will have a fantastic time!
There is no H.W. this weekend so enjoy this fall weather!!
The Social Studies test will be on Monday so as you enjoy and relax this weekend, be sure to read over your study guide and continue to prepare for the test on Monday.

Happy Wednesday!
In an attempt to get the Social Studies test in before the grading period ends, I tried to push it to this week, but that plan backfired on me!! So I apologize for the flip-flopping on the test dates, and have moved the test back to the original test date of Monday, the 15th.
So, that means the HW for tonight is to study! We will finally begin sharing our presentations tomorrow and will finish on Friday. Please be certain that your portion of the slide show is complete this evening.
