Happy Wednesday!
What a fantastic holiday party today!!! The kids had such a fun time today!!! We topped the afternoon off by opening the class gifts you all gave me! I want to take a moment to pause and say how truly grateful and blessed I am to be teaching such a wonderful group of kids! Plus I get gifts?!?! Thank you all so much!
Tomorrow is the 9 week reward so your child should know what they are able to bring in, as far as a treat, drink, or both. We are also able to bring in either a pillow or a blanket for the movie.
We will be having math after lunch, so please continue to study for the math test as we will finish it tomorrow. Other homework for this evening is to read for 25 minutes and get started making flash cards for the Wordly Wise #9 words.
Friday is our Read-A-Thon so we will again be able to bring in a pillow or blanket, and come to school in our pjs!!
Again, thank you so much to everyone!!
Check below for some pictures from today!
Have a wonderful afternoon!

Happy Monday!!
I'm sure everyone is ready for the holidays!! We do have a bunch of school work to finish up before that can happen! My science class will have their last test on Wednesday and my Math class will begin the test on Tuesday and complete it on Thursday. Both classes have the study guides and need to complete them this evening. We will go over all of the answers in math before starting the unit test. I will be keeping homework to a minimum this week. My Reading class will still have to read 25 minutes each night, but there will not be a response due this week.
Homework:
Reading: Read for 25 minutes
Spelling #8: 1 choice board assignment, if necessary
Math: Finish study guide/Study
Science: Finish study guide/Work on the paragraphs (#11 and 12)
Does it have flowers? Does it have roots?
Have a great evening!
